This is a snap shot of the foods you should eat and the foods you should avoid if you are experiencing histamine problems.
I recommend staying in Phase 1 of the eating plan until you feel that your symptoms have completely resolved. For some people that might be 12 weeks, for others it might be one year, but aim to adopt this plan for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Once you have settled the symptoms and are taking the supplements, you can experiment with some of the foods. The foods highlighted in yellow are the ones I would recommend you introducing first, and the ones highlighted in red, I would suggest you avoid for a lot longer.
