Terms and Conditions for your Subscription and Minimum Commitment Period Benefits
This document sets out the loyalty benefits that you are entitled to receive for electing to contract for a minimum commitment period (3 Months).
Minimum Commitment Period Benefits:
You agree to commit to a 3-month initial period membership of the Patient Knowledge Centre followed by a month by month membership, billed automatically. In consideration of You agreeing to the Minimum Commitment Period and subscribing to the Patient Knowledge Centre, MTHFR Support Australia agrees to provide you with the benefits set out below:
- Free unlimited access to all the resources in the Patient Knowledge Centre for the lifetime of your subscription.
- Free unlimited access to all our upcoming patient webinars for the lifetime of your subscription.
- Free unlimited access to all recordings of our past patient webinars for the lifetime of your subscription.
- Free unlimited access to patient handouts for the lifetime of your subscription.
- Free limited scope technical support in relation to accessing your benefits.
- Access to all Patient Knowledge Centre member exclusive promotions, discounts and events.
By signing up to the Patient Knowledge Centre you thereby agree to pay the indicated monthly subscription fee upon checkout with a minimum commitment period of 3 months.
Termination: Upon completion of your Minimum Commitment Period (3 months), your subscription to the Patient Knowledge Centre will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis or annually depending on your preferred billing schedule. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you are required to give us 30 days notice in writing via e-mail at admin@mthfrsupport.com.au Due to the digital nature of these benefits, any unused benefits are non-refundable.
For annual members, if you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Patient Knowledge Centre and all your membership privileges until the end of the year you have paid for and no refund will be given.
Any Minimum Commitment Period Benefits that may have been accumulated in accordance with these Terms will be forfeited immediately upon termination of your subscription.
